Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and perform preventive maintenance on Varian Medical Systems equipment. You will manage a field service territory, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, PC-based systems expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong electronics/electro-mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with PC-based systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to diagnose imaging system defects.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment.
• Plan time and schedule for preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Escalate incidents when needed to senior staff.
• Maintain territory management and expense reports.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication.
