Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Varian Medical Systems equipment, performing troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. The role requires strong communication with customers, management, and cross-functional teams.

The FSR will manage field activities across a defined territory, ensure timely service delivery, and uphold vendor credentialing requirements to access client sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical/vocational training or military experience with electronics.
• Vendor credentialing requirements to access client sites must be met.
• Experience with electronic/electro-mechanical engineering and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair VMS equipment within a service territory.
• Maintain a schedule for preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Elevate incidents when necessary and request support from senior staff.
• Diagnose difficult issues and resolve to meet FSR targets.
• Manage territory expenses and submit field service reports timely.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
