Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all designated VMS equipment within an assigned service territory.
• Maintain schedule for preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades; manage customer calls and priorities.
• Elevate incidents when necessary and request assistance from senior staff.
• Diagnose difficult issues, resolve imaging system defects, and meet FSR performance levels.
• Maintain territory management and prepare field service and expense reports.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication.
