Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the Miami territory. You will troubleshoot, install, and service Beckman Coulter equipment, performing maintenance and validations while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires independent work, ability to travel, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency. A technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with remote work options within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience.
• 1 year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, or instrumentation.
• Ability to travel and manage service schedules while serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, validate, perform preventive maintenance, modify, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment; provide customer service and technical training.
• Maintain accurate service logs and order parts using systems like OBI, Salesforce and SharePoint for planning and team goals.
• Communicate with internal and external customers at various levels and assist in training new Field Service Engineers.
