Job summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a field service professional to service Beckman Coulter equipment across a regional geography. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, installation, validation, and maintenance with autonomy and collaboration.
The candidate should have an Associate degree or military experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. Remote work arrangements are available; strong technical aptitude is essential.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent military experience required.
- 0–1 year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Ability to travel; service in assigned geography and some overnight travel.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform bending, stooping, and standing.
- Bonus: 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting/maintenance is a plus.
- Technical college major in biomed/engineering or related is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install, validate, maintain, modify, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment.
- Maintain accurate service logs and order parts; use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to meet service needs.
