Job summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Chemistry/Immunoassay/Automation product lines. You will join the Field Service Team reporting to the Service Manager and remotely service Beckman Coulter equipment across an assigned geography, traveling as needed to ensure optimal performance.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously, and enjoy solving technical challenges while helping healthcare facilities deliver
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
- 0–1 year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
- Hold a current valid driver’s license and good driving record; ability to travel across geography.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install, validate, perform preventive maintenance, modifications and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
- Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records; order repair parts and adhere to cycle times; use systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
