Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Beckman Coulter equipment remotely from home and travel to customer sites as needed. You will diagnose, install, perform maintenance, and repair with a focus on fast, reliable service.

You will maintain logs in OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint, train junior engineers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs. Residency within 60 minutes of Daytona is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; military experience accepted.
• 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical equipment and/or instrumentation.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and ability to travel within geography; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, perform preventive maintenance, and service repair on Beckman Coulter equipment; provide technical training on products.
• Maintain accurate service logs and internal records; order repair parts; use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and help train newer Field Service Engineers.
