Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Jackson, MS is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair Beckman Coulter equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure peak performance for customers. The role supports the Chemistry and Immunoassay lines and requires independent work, travel within the assigned geography, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service planning, training teammates, and maintaining service records.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or military experience; relevant field preferred.
• 1 year diagnosing and repairing electromechanical equipment and instrumentation.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain logs, order parts, and use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning and records.
• Train colleagues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet requirements.
