Leica Biosystems, a brand within Danaher, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers with installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of histopathology equipment. You will report to the Field Service Team Leader and work remotely within the UK&I framework, with significant travel in the field to meet service KPI targets.

The role requires mechanical, electronic, electrical, or biomedical qualifications and a practical aptitude for diagnosing complex medical devices.

Qualifications

• Education in mechanical, electronic, electrical, or biomedical field.
• Job-related field service experience is acceptable.
• Proficient with MS Office and service CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site installation and maintenance of histopathology and related equipment.
• Deliver accurate reporting and timely submission of Salesforce reports and service documentation.
• Collaborate with Field Support Team to ensure high-quality after-sales service.
