Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, provides field service for clinical chemistry, immunoassay platforms, and laboratory automation systems. The role is in the Atlanta, GA area with a fully remote option for eligible positions, reporting to the service supervisor and ensuring Beckman Coulter equipment operates at peak performance.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, install, and perform preventive maintenance; maintain logs and parts, and share knowledge with teammates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; military experience or high school diploma with equivalent experience may be considered on a case by case basis.
• 1 year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, perform preventive maintenance and repair Beckman Coulter equipment independently; provide effective service to customers and train others.
• Maintain accurate service logs, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times using OBI, Salesforce and SharePoint for planning and tracking.
• Engage with stakeholders and help train newer Field Service Engineers to ensure high-quality service.
