East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Engineer to identify and manage greenfield, replacement, and large-scale warranty battery projects across North America.

The role emphasizes warranty administration and inside sales support to advance our service initiatives. This remote position travels across the United States, supporting customers with high-quality, reliable power systems and field services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in supervisory or senior field service/project management roles.
• Experience with DC power systems, lead-acid batteries, warranties.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsabilités

• Gathers technical information to propose battery products and accessories.
• Identifies products and services required to quote new projects.
• Coordinates with customer engineers to verify requirements and measurements.
• Performs site surveys and field measurements as needed.
• Oversees installation, maintenance, and testing services on site.
• Compiles close-out packages and provides detailed customer reports.
