Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field with seven years of post-baccalaureate experience.
Experience with Honeywell Sheet Manufacturing Scanners is required.
Experience with ABB Sheet Manufacturing Scanners is required.
Ability to produce and read electrical schematics, network diagrams, and P&IDs.
Proficiency in VMware virtualization and Cisco networking.
Experience in system software installation and configuration.
Experience in application software configuration.

Responsibilities

Provide technical presentations to customers, peers and competitors.
Promote revisions of work instructions and training guides for field installers.
Drive continuous improvement in field service and product development processes.
Coordinate cross-functional groups to resolve delivery and installation issues.
Act as escalation point for Field Service Specialists and other stakeholders.
