Job summary
Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a QCS Advanced Field Service Engineer for Charlotte, NC, to support on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems, with a full remote work model.
You will deliver technical presentations to customers and peers, drive improvements to work instructions and training guides, and serve as an escalation point for field teams while collaborating across engineering and service groups to resolve delivery and installation issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 7+ years' post-baccalaureate experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Honeywell and ABB sheet scanners, and related systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations to customers and peers.
- Improve work instructions and customer training guides.
- Drive continuous improvement in field services and product development processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional groups to resolve delivery and installation issues.
- Serve as escalation point for Field Service Specialists and Service Engineers.
