Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or an associate degree in electrical or electronic technology, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in technical customer support and service, including successful multi-tasking and handling of multiple programs/screens.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation, communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce organizational Safety and Health programs across all dispatch operations.
• Follow all company and departmental procedures to maintain compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operate communication systems to coordinate field crews and support efficient field operations.
• Monitor crew locations and job progress to optimize response times and resource allocation.
• Dispatch service personnel to respond to outages, emergencies, and system abnormalities.
