Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Controls Technician to lead field commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of BAC control systems.

The role requires strong electromechanical, HVAC, and automation expertise and frequent travel in the southeastern United States. The technician will act as the primary technical resource on site, liaising with contractors, customers, field service personnel, and BAC engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Technology or related field required.
• 3+ years field service, controls/automation, or HVAC commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of VFDs, BACnet/MS/TP, Modbus protocols.
• Ability to travel extensively across the SE United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission BAC control systems and equipment.
• Coordinate startup schedules with customers and BAC personnel.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and control system issues.
• Provide onsite training and technical support to customers.

Skills

Associate degree in Electrical Tech

3+ years field service experience

VFD knowledge

HVAC/R equipment understanding

Reading electrical schematics

Strong communication skills

Education

Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, HVAC/R Technology, or related
