Bahnson Mechanical Systems seeks a Controls Technician to design, build, install, and service control systems for diverse industrial environments. The role spans office and field settings with travel to field locations as needed.

Ideal candidates bring electrical or manufacturing experience, HVAC understanding, and strong mechanical/electromechanical aptitude, plus calibration and troubleshooting skills. Safety culture and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Manufacturing background preferred.
• 2–4 years of related field experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC processes.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical/electromechanical fields.
• Experience calibrating, troubleshooting, and replacing control systems.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to job estimation, system design, and parts procurement.
• Assist in control panel construction, wiring and commissioning of complete systems.
• Provide customer training and field support for installed systems.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and propose improvements or replacements.
• Retrofit and upgrade older systems with modern hardware/software.
