Qualifications

• Electrical or Manufacturing background preferred.
• 2–4 years of related field experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC processes.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical/electromechanical fields.
• Experience calibrating, troubleshooting, and replacing control systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to job estimation, system design, and parts procurement.
• Assist in control panel construction, wiring and commissioning of complete systems.
• Provide customer training and field support for installed systems.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and propose improvements or replacements.
• Retrofit and upgrade older systems with modern hardware/software.
