Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 7+ years of Controls Engineering or related experience, including 1+ years of people-management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Americas Controls Engineering team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Manage controls development and sustaining activities aligned with project requirements and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance across hardware, firmware/software, schematics, and control-panel design.
• Drive improvements in regional controls processes, architectures, and reusable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NEC/NFPA 70, SCCR, NEMA, UL, and CE requirements.
• Coordinate field support, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training.
