You will collaborate with sales and marketing, manage budgets, mentor team members, and coordinate with external consultants to deliver impactful programs across the MA market and broader US field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing training programs across franchises.
• Develop learning strategies, content creation, delivery, and measurement for training initiatives.
• Work with sales and marketing partners to align learning with defined business objectives.
• Act as SME in adult learning and share best practices across the department.
• Coordinate with external consultants and manage budgets for training and development.
