Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is seeking a Training Manager for Field Training and Development in the United States.

The role collaborates with the Team Leader to achieve department objectives and strengthens field personnel capabilities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, 2+ years in training/people leadership, and expertise in adult learning concepts, instructional design, and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Two years of training and/or people leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with adult learning concepts and modern training methods.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Training and Development Team Leader to achieve department objectives.
• Identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs for field personnel.
• Design and implement training programs across formats and vendors as needed.
• Assess training effectiveness and develop follow-up learning transfer plans.
• Coordinate with Brand teams, Field Leadership, Medical, and external partners to align programs with business objectives.
• Lead and influence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
