Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd seeks a Training Manager for Field Training and Development to build and lead learning programs that strengthen the capabilities of customer-facing field personnel and drive business growth. You will collaborate with Brand teams, Field Leadership, Medical, and external vendors to align training with brand strategies.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years in pharmaceutical sales, plus experience in training, instructional design, and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in training and/or people leadership preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-Learning tools.
• Ability to design and implement training programs in multiple formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs.
• Design, develop, and implement field personnel training in multiple formats.
• Assess training effectiveness and create follow-up programs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and co-promotion partners.
• Align training with brand and corporate strategies to support commercial objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Brand teams, Field Leadership, Medical and other stakeholders.
• Travel to deliver or supervise trainings as needed (35%).
