Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant field.
• 5+ years total experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing.
• Willingness to travel to meetings or client sites, including overnight trips; approx. 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support one or more franchises' training programs, including initial field onboarding and ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Oversee training strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Act as SME in adult learning and share best practices across the department.
• Develop and facilitate training for key stakeholders and national workshops.
• Ensure training materials reflect market trends and comply with internal reviews.
• Coordinate external consultants and manage training/development contracts and budgets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on design and priorities.
