Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in life science/pharma sales or marketing.
• Willing to travel approx. 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for franchise onboarding and ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Manage training programs including content creation, delivery, and measurement.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to develop learning strategies and workshops.
• Act as a subject matter expert in adult learning and share best practices.
• Coordinate with external consultants and manage budget within guidelines.
