Takeda is seeking a Training Manager to lead the Commercial training department, shaping the learning vision and executing the strategy including technology-enabled learning. Remote role with significant travel requirements for field initiatives and national workshops.

You will drive content creation, delivery, and measurement, collaborating with sales and marketing to align learning strategies with business objectives, while managing budgets and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing.
• Willingness to travel 50% to meetings or client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training initiatives for one or more franchises with capabilities in initial field onboarding and ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Oversee training program design, development, delivery, and measurement including content creation and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align learning strategies with business objectives and measure pull-through.
• Act as SME in adult learning and share best practices across the department.
• Develop and facilitate training for new hires, management, and national workshops.
• Ensure materials reflect current market trends and comply with regulatory review processes.
• Coordinate external consultants and negotiate contracts for training needs.
• Manage assigned budget within guidelines and provide coaching to team members.
• Support vendor partnerships to improve service/technology roadmaps and innovation.
• Promote agile mindset and continuous improvement within the team.
