Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Field STEP Sales Representative to join the Medical Surgical Operating Unit and drive customer engagement across NJ and CO. You will gain hands-on experience supporting clinical procedures, learning product applications, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives in the assigned territory.

The 18-month rotational program develops clinical, technical, and commercial expertise through exposure to leadership, clinical education, and sales training,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years OR Associate's Degree and 2+ years OR Bachelor's Degree in sales, clinical, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related experience.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
• Ability to relocate within the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures and provide product support in operating room environments.
• Develop clinical and technical knowledge across Core Surgical, Gynecology, and Hernia product portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customer accounts.
• Assist with sales activities, territory planning, and strategic product conversion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and business priorities.
