The role focuses on building foundational medical device sales skills through virtual selling, prospecting, account development, and occasional in-person visits. This entry-level position partners with field sales, clinical specialists, and leadership to drive customer growth, adoption, and business results across an assigned territory and account base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for clinical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) or related business apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medical Surgical products via phone, email, and virtual engagements.
• Build relationships with clinicians, supply chain stakeholders, and care teams.
• Qualify and advance sales opportunities through prospecting and territory planning.
• Explain product features, clinical benefits, and value to decision-makers.
• Support education, demos, and implementation with field teams.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and aid planning.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to meet territory goals.
