Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the East Bay, CA region. You will execute distributor brand plans, manage wholesaler relationships, and drive market execution across retailers and accounts.

The role involves frequent travel and a focus on in-market performance, with escalation on pricing and shelf standards. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• In-market work: 4.5 days per week with DM level influencers at distributors.
• Execute wholesaler sales plans and brand programming with distributor influencers.
• Track and report market conditions using the MABIlity tool.
• Provide weekly market recaps and feedback to management.
