CoStar Group/ Land.com is seeking a Sales Associate to grow revenue in Southern California. This home-based role requires proximity to a major airport to meet clients in person. You will manage a territory, build client relationships, and drive new logos while delivering ongoing account optimization.

• Develop expertise in Land.com products and pricing to clearly differentiate value.
• Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving growth.
• Build, expand, and leverage strong relationships with clients through consultative selling.
• Drive customer onboarding and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings.
• Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics and forecasting monthly revenue.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within an assigned geographic territory.
