Job summary
CoStar Group, a leading real estate information and analytics provider, is seeking a FieldSales Associate for Land.com Network. This home-based role requires you to be based in Southern California and travel to meet clients, expanding revenue through Land.com solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited in-person college/university.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory.
- Track record of outstanding customer service in prior roles.
- Candidate must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and offerings.
- Own and execute a territory business plan with revenue targets.
- Build and leverage relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Drive customer onboarding, training, and ongoing account servicing meetings.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with activity metrics and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Travel up to 40% overnight within the territory.
