Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Associate for Land.com in Oklahoma. This home-based role focuses on growing revenue through Land.com solutions in a dedicated geographic territory.

You will develop expertise in our products, own a territory business plan, and build strong client relationships while meeting annual revenue targets. The position requires 2+ years of sales in a B2B environment, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CoPilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven sales experience with a territory in B2B a plus.
• 2+ years of sales experience managing a territory.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Experience building new business relationships and managing existing clients.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CoPilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to differentiate value.
• Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets.
• Build and leverage relationships with clients via consultative selling.
• Drive customer onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with activity metrics and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within the territory.
