CoStar Group in Southern California is seeking a Field Sales Associate for Land.com to grow revenue across a designated territory. You will develop expertise in Land.com products, manage a client book, and drive new logo acquisition with ongoing account development.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills. Candidates must reside in Southern California and be willing to travel up to 40% for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory in B2B.
• Strong customer service history in prior roles.
• Proven ability to build new business relationships and manage a client base.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Driving Record check prior to start.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep expertise in Land.com products and pricing.
• Own and execute a territory business plan with revenue targets.
• Build and leverage relationships with clients through consultative selling.
• Drive customer onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with activity metrics and forecasts.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within the territory.
