Job summary

North seeks a Sales Professional for the NDFS field team to bring our SaaS payments platform to local restaurants and retailers. You’ll build relationships, demo solutions, and close deals from a home-based setup with a flexible calendar that puts you in control of your territory.

You’ll develop a strong network through local partners, drive revenue with weekly commissions, and participate in a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Charisma, strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup vibe.
• Self-starter who can pivot quickly and stay results‑oriented.
• Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurants is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred, especially if you enjoy the chase and close.

Responsibilities

• Build a local business pipeline by guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.
• Forge partnerships with local POS dealers, web designers, and referral sources to grow the network.
• Deliver demos that wow prospects and demonstrate North’s SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with North colleagues to turn promises into real results.
• Use Salesforce to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively.
• Know the competition and position North as the superior choice.
