Job summary

Stryker Corporation is hiring a Joint Replacement Sales Associate in a field-based role covering a defined territory. You will support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by conducting evaluations in surgical ORs and office settings, while monitoring territory progress and maintaining clear communication with the sales team.

You will learn selling skills through coaching, prepare for required trainings, and participate in on-call coverage to ensure continuous customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree OR medical certification with at least 2 years related sales or clinical experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Active-duty military service of 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings.
• Assist with business development, track territory progress, and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and maintain inventory support.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills through coaching from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives.
• Support on-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
