Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Joint Replacement Sales Associate to support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in surgical and office environments. The role focuses on territory development, customer service, and collaboration with Sales Representatives.

You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, assist with business development, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification plus 2+ years related experience.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years related experience or 4 years military service accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills through coaching from Managers.
