Job summary

Bunzl Processor Division is seeking a Field Sales Rep for the North Carolina area. You will drive new business and grow existing accounts in bakery/produce/meat processing, packaging, PPE and safety sectors while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires travel, strong sales experience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus.
• Must have practical sales experience in at least one market: food processing facility or related.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts and by prospecting new ones.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build relationships and satisfaction.
• Implement and manage pricing strategies across accounts.
• Collaborate with manufacturers' reps to sell promoted items.
• Attend sales meetings and coordinate with Sales Manager.
• Communicate and cooperate with all departments.
• Apply VIP selling methodologies in daily activities.
