Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outside field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in MRO vertical beneficial.
• Sales experience in distribution/manufacturing advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking, quick learning and information retention.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and vendors to ensure flawless service from order to delivery.
• Grow share of wallet by developing trust-based relationships with customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Provide product quotations and resolve customer issues with strong service focus.
• Document all sales activities in CRM tools and evaluate the pipeline.
