Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Mobile–Daphne area, building relationships with vendors and customers from the branch to the job site. This field-based role requires a proactive salesperson who can manage the full sales cycle and deliver exceptional service.

The position offers a base salary with commission potential, travel within the territory, and a company-provided cell phone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years industry-related sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to develop relationships and drive results.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in Mobile–Daphne territory and beyond.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop strategic sales approaches.
• Quote products, resolve problems, and document activity in CRM for pipeline tracking.
• Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies; travel as needed.
