Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative - Citrix Hunter to identify and close net-new customers across designated territories. You will build territory plans, develop executive relationships, and drive full sales cycles with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a hunter mindset, strong prospecting, and experience selling infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions. Hybrid work from US offices is available with remote options and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
• Ability to communicate value to technical and business stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories through strategic outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
• Build and execute territory and account plans focused on creating pipeline and driving new business opportunities for Citrix and Arrow solutions.
• Develop executive-level relationships with IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking decision-makers.
• Drive full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiations, and close in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and vendor teams to convert demand generation into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.com and other Arrow sales systems.
• Conduct regular reviews with leadership, providing visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and growth strategies.
• Promote Arrow's value-added services and lifecycle management as part of comprehensive customer solutions.
