Job summary

Shiji Group, a global hospitality technology leader, seeks a Sales Manager to drive Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS adoption across the United States and Canada, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close with a high-energy, hunter mindset.

This remote, field-based role requires travel up to 50% and residency in California or Washington. You will build relationships with hotel owners and operators, work with SDRs and marketing, and lead strategic campaigns to grow the NA market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/business/hospitality.
• At least 3 years in hospitality tech or property operations; 2 years in outside sales.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and meet revenue quotas.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales across Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close in NA region.
• Build relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, and Sales leadership to maximize pipeline.
• Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and forecast.
