Job summary

Shiji Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate adoption of Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS across the United States and Canada. You will hunt for new business, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with hotel owners and operators.

Based remotely in North America, you will travel frequently, conduct product demonstrations, and tailor proposals to client needs to drive revenue growth and market presence for Shiji’s hospitality technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in hospitality technology or property operations.
• 2+ years outside sales with proven quota attainment.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline, and high activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales of Daylight PMS, Infrasys POS, within an assigned territory across the United States and Canada.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through market research, outreach, in-person visits, and events.
• Maintain high daily activity levels across calls, emails, and field engagements to build pipeline.
• Build relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales leadership to coordinate campaigns and maximize pipeline.
• Meet or exceed all sales and activity goals and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM updates.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor proposals to client needs to close deals.
