Job summary

Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Field Sales Manager (Eagle Ford) in Texas for energy & emissions services. This remote role requires residing in the San Antonio / Eagle Ford area with frequent travel to the Eagle Ford/South Texas region.

Base salary ranges from $120k to $140k DOE plus commission, vehicle allowance and benefits. The role demands 7+ years of oil & gas sales experience in upstream/midstream environmental control equipment and a robust local network.

Qualifications

7+ years sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment and services.
3+ years sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment and services.
Strong current field customer network in the Eagle Ford and South Texas areas.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus; strong presentational, problem-solving, organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the company’s products and services.
Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to customers at field locations.
Research sources for developing prospective customers information to determine their potential.
Self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy.
Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Coordinates with the sales team and maintains focus on HSEQ in all activities.
