Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and at least 5 years of related experience.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating net-new opportunities.
• Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, social selling, and ABM outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories.
• Build territory and account plans to create pipeline for Citrix and Arrow solutions.
• Develop executive-level relationships with IT decision-makers.
• Drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close with vendor partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and vendor teams to convert demand into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Conduct regular business reviews with leadership on pipeline and growth strategies.
• Promote Arrow services and lifecycle management as part of solutions.
