PeopleReady, a TrueBlue brand, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts in Hayward, CA. You will develop deep knowledge of our offerings and cultivate strong, lasting client relationships.

This field-based, remote-leaning role requires more than 50% outside sales, travel to client sites, and collaboration with contracts and legal teams to negotiate terms. A competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Three or more years related sales experience; Bachelor's, associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Managed a portfolio of at least $2.5M per annum.
• Sales experience in one or more blue-collar market verticals.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in understanding, adapting, and applying new technologies.
• Valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.

Responsabilités

• Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the designated territory.
• Identify growth opportunities and prospects for new customer acquisition.
• Develop relationships to enhance loyalty and drive account growth.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet targets.
• Consult with customers to understand their business needs and offer solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms with contracts and legal teams.
• Ensure competitive bill rates and margins on contracts.
• Lead formal business reviews with key customers.
• Mentor other sales reps and client facing employees.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
