is seeking an energetic Field Sales Associate to join our Aerospace & Defense Market Team in the Performance Solutions Division. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing profitable revenues at strategic customers across the United States, with remote work flexibility. You will collaborate with Field Sales, Technical Associates and Product Teams to solve complex customer needs and drive product wins through the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience.
• Ability to engage technically and identify new opportunities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work across functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and possess a valid driver's license.
• US Person status and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Gore products and capabilities to targeted customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow revenues.
• Support growth goals with new opportunities and opportunities management.
