You will collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and regional sales to implement scalable, data-driven pricing across geographies and product lines. This remote US role emphasizes margin optimization, value-based pricing, and ongoing reviews to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive pricing experience.
• Experience developing global pricing strategies in industrial/B2B contexts.
• Proven ability to drive margin improvement and growth through pricing.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in complex global matrix organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive global pricing strategy aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
• Establish scalable pricing governance models, pricing policies, approval frameworks, and global pricing standards.
• Drive pricing consistency across regions.
• Create pricing segmentation by product category, customer type, market, application, and channel.
• Lead annual and ongoing pricing reviews to optimize margin performance.
• Partner with Product Management to align pricing strategies with product lifecycle.
• Evaluate product value propositions and establish value-based pricing methodologies.
• Lead price realization initiatives focused on margin expansion and sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with product management to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with Finance to evaluate profitability impacts, margin performance, and pricing analytics.
