Job summary

Braemac/XTG is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to sell electronic components across a defined U.S. territory. You will generate opportunities, defend wins, and grow gross profit while collaborating with inside teams to penetrate key accounts.

The role requires engineering credentials, five years of sales experience in a related field, and a valid driver’s license. Remote position with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (AE/EE/MSEE) with minimum five years’ sales experience in similar industry.
• Experience in the Rep industry is preferred.
• Customer-facing technical sales experience in electronics/distribution is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Create new opportunities and design wins for the defined territory, driving sales and growing GP dollars.
• Develop and defend sales opportunities, penetrating existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to strategize penetration of DTAM accounts; attend supplier trainings to relay product knowledge.
