Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Sacramento, CA to partner with Sales Representatives, learn the medical device industry, and contribute to territory growth. You will cover cases, promote products, build sets, manage inventory, and begin converting customers to Stryker.

Responsibilities include attending surgeries, educating clinicians on product use, and identifying new sales opportunities while supporting field teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree/Medical Certification plus 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on usage.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships with order flow and service in mind.
