The Field Retail Growth Manager will be the primary in-market representative across Southeast retail territories, reporting to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth.

This role drives adoption, revenue growth, and partner engagement across franchise networks while ensuring seamless delivery of lease-to-own financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience.
• Experience within financial services; near-prime or non-prime lending preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead through partnership without direct authority.
• Strong operational analytics to translate insights into field strategies.
• Proven experience driving adoption at the store level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive and store leadership; drive adoption and revenue targets.
• Serve as primary field contact for assigned partners; protect revenue and guide stores.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and store metrics; develop improvement plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand awareness of lease-to-own solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of lease-to-own programs; conduct store visits and reviews.
