Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education on reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Support case management, billing and coding updates, and claims submission.
• Set up appointments and conduct outbound calls to offices; coordinate with physicians and manufacturers.
• Monitor territory performance via CRM dashboards and provide quarterly updates.
• Compile provider information for reimbursement databases and maintain FRM CRM records.
