McKesson Corporation is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services across a defined territory. You will educate physician offices on benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and payer landscapes, while coordinating with internal teams. Travel up to 20% is required and residence within the territory is preferred. This role is remote within the U.S. market and requires strong presentation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement Support on Case management, billing and coding updates, claims submission, and appeals.
• Set up appointments and outbound calls to targeted offices; coordinate site visits.
• Monitor program performance via FRM CRM dashboard and report trends.
• Research and compile provider/manufacturer data for reimbursement databases.
