McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services across an assigned territory. You will educate physician offices on benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and payer processes, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

The role requires travel (up to 80%), strong presentation skills, and solid Medicare/commercial insurance knowledge, with remote/onsite duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience; 4+ years in healthcare reimbursement.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance, including verification and prior authorizations.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with strong organization.
• Proficient computer skills, including PowerPoint and Web Meeting tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate offices on benefit investigations, prior authorization, and payer systems.
• Schedule and conduct on-site or virtual sessions; about 15 interactions per week.
• Trackerized in FRM CRM with weekly reporting to the manager.
• Collaborate with case managers on escalations and backlog work as needed.
• Travel and field-based activities in assigned territory; maintain provider relationships.
